Hi, I’m Pat and I grew up loving food. At my own time, I love experimenting new cooking recipes. My interest in nuts particularly, started when I was a teenager, when I saw Dad roasting pots of nuts. Then I would experience the amazing flavours and tastes with these little crunchy wonders while cooking with Dad. During the times, we had an old-fashioned oven where we could make nuts fresh and toasty.
Pat’s Oven was started because I wanted to share with you my observations, creations and adventures with nuts. My bakers and I try our best to combine all yummy-ness, taste and nutrition. We have a goal of providing REAL nuts to everyone, whether unsalted or flavored, by hand-making, marinating and oven-roasting the nuts. So that you know what you are getting aren’t just nuts, they are Pat’s Oven’s nuts.
