Nothing is better than to have some delightful, crunchy nuts as your daily energy boosters. They are small seeds yet so rich in minerals. Like many people, I think they make a lovely combination with some foods and cakes. Pine nuts also do really well with thick soups. Or make some cashew cheese for a vegan cheese substitute. Once, in my free time, I tried making some biscotti with roasted almonds and hazelnuts. They turned out delicious.
