Shipping Policy

To keep food fresh, food will be shipped in the same day it is packaged. All food products will be sealed to prevent moisture from entering packets.

Turnaround time is  4 to 7  working days. Please note that delays may occur due to product availability or national holidays.

We use the following carriers: Singapore Post

Shipping and handling fees start from $4 for items below 1 kg and below $50. Parcels will be sent by normal mail unless requested to be sent by registered post. An additional $1 will be charged for registered article.

For shipments 1 kg and above, parcel will be sent as registered article(s) only. 

Notwithstanding the above, the Company is not liable for goods that spoil or go missing due to external factors, such as delays in collection and missing or incorrect address information etc. To keep your items in good condition, place them in cool, dry, and sealed places on receipt.

Shipment is for local addresses only. For overseas, kindly contact us.
